Frequently asked questions
Does it need an internet connection?
Not for studying: Españolidad works offline. It is needed to make or restore the purchase, and to open links, rate the app or send us an email.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There are no accounts and no registration: you install the app and start studying.
What is free and what does the purchase unlock?
Free of charge, you get 60 questions, 20% of each task, with their explanations, and one full mock exam. The purchase is a one-off payment that unlocks the 300 questions, unlimited mock exams and review of the whole question bank. There is no subscription and there are no ads.
How do I recover my purchase on another phone?
In «Perfil» (Profile, the circle at the top right of the main screen), tap «Restaurar compra» (Restore purchase) using the same Google Play or App Store account you bought it with. The purchase stays with the store where you made it: it does not move from Google Play to the App Store or the other way round.
Do I lose my progress if I change phones?
Your progress travels with the system backup if you have it turned on: on Android, the Google backup; on iPhone, the iCloud backup or the one on your computer. It usually travels too if, when you set up the new phone, you transfer the data directly from the old one. Neither the backup nor that transfer takes it from Android to iPhone or the other way round; without them, your progress stays on the old phone.
How do I report an error in a question?
Tap «Reportar esta pregunta» (Report this question) in the question’s explanation: your email app opens with the question already filled in. You can also write to us directly.
Where do the questions come from?
They are the 300 questions in the manual for the CCSE test published by the Instituto Cervantes (2026 edition), with their text just as it appears there; the order of the options may change. The explanations are ours. Españolidad is not affiliated with the Instituto Cervantes.
How do I ask for a refund?
It depends on the store where you bought it. On the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple: request one at Report a Problem. On Google Play, request one through Google Play’s refund help page or write to us at support@naujdigitalsolutions.com.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the app: your progress is deleted from the phone along with it. If you have the system backup turned on, a copy remains in your Google account, in iCloud or on your computer, which is managed from there; on Android, that copy comes back if you reinstall the app. If you have written to us, ask us by email to delete your messages.
